Dr. Niccol Gordon is a visionary entrepreneur and force in business and leadership — a multi-industry CEO. She is known for creating strategic, scalable systems that drive results. Her leadership spans industries from real estate sales, trucking logistics, to high-demand skincare, financial services and driven by faith, a non profit founder - all unified by a mission: built on integrity, and impact while building generational wealth, empowering communities, and leaving a legacy of integrity and excellence. Backed by a PhD in Organizational Leadership, MBA, D.Min., and BSBA, Niccol blends formal expertise with lived experience, she doesn’t just build companies — she builds legacies.

Queens Black Chamber of Commerce (QBCC)

As President of QBCC, I established Queens’ first Black Chamber of Commerce to bridge gaps, provide resources, and elevate Black-owned businesses. Through membership, mentorship, and advocacy, QBCC helps entrepreneurs scale smarter, gain visibility, and stay connected to the power of community and collective progress.

Nonprofit Work

Through Community Transitional Services for Outreach and Development (CTSOD) and The Community Hope Foundation, I extend my mission beyond business into service. From supporting NYC’s homeless to leading Promise Nest, our infant rescue initiative, my focus remains on protecting and uplifting those who need it most.

 

Through these initiatives, she leads programs ranging from notary and loan signing assistance services for underserved communities to Promise Nest — a life-saving project rescuing and protecting abandoned infants. Her nonprofits have supported NYC’s homeless during the COVID-19 pandemic, proving her commitment extends far beyond profit margins.
